1.Turn off your tablet
2.Use Vol+ and Power button together for turn on
3.After see the Samsung logo release Power button and hold only vol+ button
4.When you see the android icon release vol+
5.Use vol+ for move through the menu and go to the left icon
6.Use vol- the confirmation
7.Now got to wipe data /factory reset and confirm with Power button
8.Now use vol+ and go to ''yes delete all user data'' and confirm with Power button
9.In the end go to ''reboot system now'' and confirm with Power button
